My youngest daughter now has a real grasp of what is and what is to come. Previously, she had bits and pieces from “things” she heard at school but this was the real deal. It was a gift for me to be there along with her and to have my older daughter join us. I realized where she was in her understanding of all of this and was able to identify gaps to address with her.

A greater sense of awe and respect for our fertility cycles as women.

She was very eager and interested in the topic, not embarrassed at all (although she was pretty grossed out by the idea of tampons). I think the course has greatly benefited my relationship and openness with my daughter for future related topics. I love that we are starting out on such a positive note concerning these topics.

This was a great opportunity for she and I to bond on a deeper level as she gets ready for her teen years. She has been eager to watch them with me and I feel like we’ve opened a channel of communication.
